Every bathroom vanity undergoes standardized, step-by-step assembly before delivery. Our skilled workers strictly follow production specifications to guarantee every joint, screw, and connection is perfectly installed.
Step 1: Strict Material Inspection
Before assembly, all raw materials including cabinet boards, solid wood frames, hardware hinges, slides and basin accessories will be fully checked. Unqualified parts are eliminated directly to ensure the foundation of high-quality assembly.
Every piece of wood undergoes strict quality checks, including appearance and grain inspection, thickness and dimension verification, moisture content testing, and flatness re-inspection, to ensure only qualified materials are used for your bathroom vanity.
Step 2: Cabinet Frame Splicing & Reinforcement
We adopt tenon joint and hardware reinforcement technology for cabinet frames. All splicing gaps are precisely controlled to avoid deformation, cracking or shaking after long-term use.
Step 3: Hardware Installation & Debugging
High-quality stainless steel hinges and drawer slides are professionally mounted. Every door and drawer is repeatedly tested to ensure smooth opening & closing, no noise and perfect damping performance.
Step 4: Countertop & Basin Fitting
The stone countertop and ceramic basin are precisely bonded and leveled. Professional waterproof treatment is applied around the basin to prevent water leakage and moisture penetration.
Step 5: Surface Finishing & Detail Polishing
All edges and corners are carefully polished. Surface paint and protective layers are inspected to keep the vanity scratch-resistant, moisture-proof and beautiful for years.
Step 6: Final Overall Quality Check
After assembly is completed, our QC team conducts a full inspection on structure, stability, appearance and waterproof performance. Only qualified bathroom vanities will be packed and arranged for shipment.
